What is Covered:
Mechanical Systems:
90-120 Day Mechanical Warranty - Coverage for sudden failures of your Furnace, Air Conditioner, Water Heater, Dishwasher, and other major built-in appliances that were working during the inspection.
Structural & Roof:
Structural & Roof Protection - I include protection for poured concrete and block wall foundations, floor joists, and framing. I also provide a 5-Year Roof Leak Protection plan for any new leaks that develop after the inspection.
Mold & Sewer:
MoldSafe & SewerGard - If I didn't see mold, but it appears later, you are covered. I also offer protection for underground water and sewer lines (from the house to the street) that can collapse or clog.
